Gazal, Faridabad(Food Review)

Gazal has to be my one of favorite Faridabad restaurant Having said that, the food here is just wonderful. I love the Chicken Tikka Masala, and the Chicken Vindaloo. You can get spicy foods as well as mild foods, but why not try them all?! It's all very good, and you won't be disappointed.I think the food is wonderful and the service is great! I will definitely continue to go back. It is a bit of a hidden treasure, so don't let the exterior of the strip center deter you. The atmosphere inside is very nice. An air conditioned Restaurant with more than average interiors. The food for thought is served good and tasty with multi cuisine on the charts. Gazal is one of the must check out eateries of the Faridabad.

Zosse, Faridabad(Food Review)

The menu is on a folded wooden platter. The tandoori dishes are the most popular with a wide variety (different types of Roti/naan/parathas alone) making it very difficult to arrive at a decision. Jeera Water is served in small earthen pots. The food is served in small kadais kept hot by a burner below it. Old Hindi songs and Punjabi bhangara complete the atmosphere. Chicken Lolly Pop, Veg Salt and Pepper, Murg Sharabi Tikka, Chilly Potatoes are their favourites. A variety of dishes and a restro in the mall rock the Zosse at week-ends.

SRS Restro & Banquet, Faridabad(Food Review)

This is one of the few disappointing restaurants I have been to with very high hopes. A true value for money was expected once you run through the enticing menu. But what you get in your plate is remarkebly different from your expectation. Veg kebab platter was really passable. None of the gravies was good to be remembered. Assorted breads was a bad value for money. The only thing good about that restaurant is its location. Lahoori kukad, Murg Tikka zefrani, Thai chicken satay, Mushroom Duplex, paneer mint o mint, tomato basil are their special dishes.Service staff is not at all cooperative and can't able to provide an average service atleast. People can give their heart a gratification by dropping into SRS Restro once they find all the restraurants are closed.

Step-In, Faridabad(Food Review)

Step-In is a hotel cum restaurant in the city of faridabad. With the near to faridabad bus stand, it becomes auto matic or robotic choice for the visitors to stay. The hotel is just 2 miles away from the national highway i.e 'Mathura road'. Restro was not bad enough with specialities like Chicken manchurian, paneer masala, biryani, kali mirch chicken, lababdaar chicken, chicken-do-piazza, butter chicken. Service staff doesnot do any justice to the name 'Step-In'. The staff is really discourteous and the food is even not great either. So the bottomline is that it would be a compromise to stay here. One can do that with no better option available.

Smokin' Joe's, Faridabad (Food Review)

The menu is quite large and offers such fare as, Veal Scaloppini, Chicken or Eggplant Parmigiana, Osso Bucco, Chicken Marsala, Cannelloni, Baked Ziti or Shells etc. (Regular Italian dishes.) The portions they serve are quite generous and the service is, well. All the desserts looked great. They offered Tiramisu, Cheesecake, Cannoli and ice cream. Smokin’ Joe Special, Sandwitches, Garlic Bread, Salads, Chicken Thia Style are the favourite dishes they cook! Smokin’ Joe is a chain of restaurants world wide with a huge customer ratio. Therefore it will be insaneness to pass over it without any visit.

Rajmandir, Faridabad(Food Review)

Rajmandir is a 3 star hotel with excellent ambiance and all amenities. A restaurant inside the hotel which feels as if you are into a old sacred place with lots of designs and carvings like the walls of stones for example and there is also lot more than that. Food tasted good but the service is poor, it needs to improve on this. Paneer masala, chicken-do-piazza, tandoori chicken, afghani chicken, paneer tikka are some of rajmandir's specialities. Over all a well maintained and decent hotel in the heart of city. 'Atithi devo bhava'- guest is god, this is the mool mantra of ancient indian hospitality.A most happening business territory located within the Faridabad city. A lovely place to spend your week-ends.

Ruby Tuesday, Faridabad (Food Review)

It will be always a pleasure to visit any branch of “Ruby Tuesday”. The service staff is nearly always on hand, and is as friendly and helpful as can be. The food is always exceptional, portions are fair and there are always some nice specials to keep things interesting. The decor adds to the experience, slightly exotic in its Indian theme. Unlike many Indian restaurants, the appointments seem authentic. A Multi Cuisine restro with Mexican, Italian, and touch of American play its part. All dishes on the menu are their specialties but fish tenders, Chesapeake catch, spicy stuffed chicken, Tuesday tenders, Ruby spicy chicken wings are their best ones. Therefore a best choice in the town for the week-ends hang out.

Punjabi Tadka, Faridabad (Food Review)

Decorated with a thatched roof and stone pathways, the Punjabi tadka restaurant offers some of the best North Indian food. Although the stone slabs on which you sit may feel a bit cold initially, the smell of the simmering Punjabi spices quickly awakens your taste buds. As it is their specialty it’s best to stick to the plentiful Punjabi curry selections printed on the uniquely embroidered cloth menus. Being a primarily Punjabi restaurant, their specialty items are the sabzis (vegetable) or chicken curries with the bread in the form of naan or buttered wheat tandoori roti. The dal makhani with its fresh onions and tomatoes is a must have. Non-veg favorites include tandoori chicken and hara murg. One of the beat choice in the SRS Mall.

Mahalakshmi Palace, Faridabad(Food Review)

If you love North Indian fare, Mahalakshmi is the place to go. It has a fusion menu that is identical to Fifth Season and an additional traditional North Indian menu, giving you over 50 dishes to choose from. The Indian menu specializes in rare traditional dishes you won't be able to find anywhere else in Faridabad. The restaurant also prides itself on using only natural ingredients; no artificial colours, no flavouring. Every dish there has a historical and cultural significance, embodied in the careful selection of ingredients and meticulous effort that Mahalakshmi puts into cooking and preparation. Kadai Paneer, Murg Makhani, Rogan Josh, Keema Kalegi, Kalmi Kabab are their specialities. Therefore Mahalakhmi is one of the best restraurant of the Faridabad.

Milan sweets & Restraurant, Faridabad(Food Review)

Another sweet shop with elementary snacks on the menu. A well decorated sweet shop with good interiors and seating capacity, but the service staff as well as owners didn't seems to be civilized humans, service is so poor,You have to wait very much for your order to be placed. Therefore milan is a check out when all of sudden all the restros in the market are crashed away or may be closed & there is no other option you are left with!

Magpie, Haryana Tourism, Faridabad(Food Review)

Magpie offers delicious food in a romantic, yet casual setting. The restaurant is dimly lit, providing a romantic atmosphere. Golden India has a vast menu with many choices. There is rarely a wait to get seated. The service at Magpie is efficient, but not warm and friendly. Vegetable Pakora, Chicken Seekh Kabab, Cream of Vegetable, Kabuli Channa Chaat, Murg Makhani, Paneer Mutter Bhurzi are their specialities. Haryana tourism owned Hotel cum Restaurant makes a difference in its Goodwill itself. All in all, one can have a lovely evening and a delicious meal in Magpie.

Mayur,Haryana Tourism, Faridabad.(Food Review)

Mayur - A haryana tourism owned resort. The food is Very enjoyable. Slightly on the expensive side though. Restaurant interior are very modern and nice, chandeliers are lovely. Service was excellent. Kadhai Paneer, Paneer Pasanda, Methi Mattar Malai, Murg Makhani, Kabuli Chana Chaat are their specialties. The primary element of the resort is their overseas customers. Foreigners use to stay here, eat and enjoy. A good location within the vales, Badhkal Lake nearby surrounded with Green foliage. A perfect place to stay, eat and enjoy in Faridabad.

Lee China, Faridabad(Food Review)

Lee China is a restaurant inside SRS Mall in Faridabad. It has the feel of a country restaurant. It is spacious, has a tall ceiling, and a well stocked bar. At least the menu lists a good selection of scotches and other liquors. Chilly Fish, Combo N.V, Chicken Loli Pops, Chilli Patato, Prawn in Oyster Sauce, Chilly Chicken, and Diced Chicken Hong Kong are at their trump. They have a reputation for good European & Chinese food. However, I have had mixed results. Their Indian food is worth a shot too, the chicken kababs are pretty good. The desserts sound great. The restaurant is always full, even weekdays. Good place for a bunch of friends to go for a nice dinner or even for a date.

First Milestone, Faridabad(Food Review)

When we first drove up we weren't sure about the place because from the exterior it doesn't look like much and it's tucked in the back of an older parking lot. Once inside though it is very homey and the place was packed. The owners were very friendly, accommodating and it was the best service we've had in a very long time. The food was absolutely amazing and the variety and taste were wonderful. Chicken Tawa Masala, Butter Chicken, Pudina Chicken, Chicken pizza, paneer labadaar were on the top of the charts. I wish I lived closer because I'd visit often. I highly recommend this place!!!

Elixir, Faridabad(food review)

A Restro Bar with modern look. The ambience are soft & soothing. The food menu is attractive with usual snacks including Chana masala, Peanut masala, Roasted papar, etc we find in bars. With no lounge and low seating capacity place could look over crowded on the week-ends. The drinks are served on normal prices. Their peculiarity comes with special chicken lababdaar, tixmax chicken, dee-fried chicken, dal handi and many others. So if you want to barely lay back and spend some good time with friends, Elixir is a fine selection.

Eat-n-Joy, Faridabad (Food Review)

Eat-n-Joy is a restaurant famous within the busy market of NIT-5, Faridabad. Parking is not available in abundance. The ambience is quite good. Food includes all kinds of variety as most restaurants these days including South Indian, Chinese, North Indian and Continental. Food quantity is good and is reasonably priced. South Indian and North Indian food is particularly good; however, the continental should be tried at your own risk. Chinese is regular Indian style with all the spices expected. In particular, the Dosa, Idli, Uttapam, Thali and north Indian food is worth a try. It is reasonably priced so in case you want to have a casual dinner outside without burning your pocket, this is worth a try.

Daawat Restaurant, Faridabad(Food Review)

Daawat actually has atmosphere, unlike pretty much every other restaurant I have dined at recently. The lighting is low but not too low, the tables and chairs are made of a decorative moulded iron, and there is some kind of pale yellow hut type thing going on inside. And it was so pleasantly cool when I stepped inside from the hot blowing winds. I was also excited about the menu, which had a good selection of every category of dishes (appetizers, breads, meat dishes, vegetarian dishes, drinks, desserts. Mutton Karahi, Egg Curry, Chilly Chicken, Spl Cream Chicken, Palak Paneer, Aloo Jeera, Tamato Soup, Hakka Noodles are the most liked dishes by the patrons. Apart from these kabab are favourites at Dawat. You can really enjoy a daawat at Daawat.
